A State Representatives Knife!

Jackie Wray approached me about making a knife for her son, John Wray, who just so happens to be our State Representative.  Jackie wanted the State Seal to be on the knife and sheath.  I located some cuff links in the gift shop of the State Capitol.  After receiving the cuff links, I was able to complete the knife just barely in time for Christmas.  The blade is 52100 acid etched ball bearing steel.  The handle is made of stabilized black ash, olive wood, leather spacer, and maroon spacer material.  The knife has a brass guard and one of the aforementioned Sate Capitol cuff links as a pommel.   My wife made another awesome sheath for the knife with the remaining cuff link inset.  Hopefully, the knife will be put to good use in Austin!
