How are you liking the Boker so far?  I have a similar story of replacing my grandfather’s Boker with a new one.  Sadly, I wasn’t as impressed with the replacement as I was the older knife.

    • I am really enjoying it so far. I haven’t used it much but have been carrying it daily. Sentimental value is high. This is the first newer Boker that I have bought in years. I will let you know. Right now I am enjoying it very much.

Good to hear. I really enjoyed carrying the older one but I was afraid that I’d lose it. I’ve since replaced it with a Schrade Old Timer 8ot Stockman. I found it NIB from 2000 at an antique shop for a great deal. I’d been looking for one for a long time and it seems to be a good choice.
