Back to the Farmer’s Market this Weekend: Saturday, June 22!

Despite my prior plans, I have decided to sharpen at the Farmer’s Market this Saturday.  I will be there in from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.  Bring your knives, scissors, and other edge instruments.  This will be my last weekend at the Farmer’s Market for awhile.  The next four weekends I will be doing gun shows:

June 29 & 30:  Weatherford

July 6 & 7: Waxahachie (Civic Center)

July 13 & 14: Cleburne

July 20 & 27: Corsicana

Come See Me!

About 1K Ton Goal Project

I am an Assistant District Attorney the Dallas County District Attorney's Office. On November 20, 2017, Comedian Bert Kreischer inspired me to start a weight loss journey. I started the journey at 475 pounds. Through Bert's support, Professional Wrestling Hall of Famer and Fitness Legend, Diamond Dallas Page, I reached changed my life. DDP Yoga and Nutrition helped me lose over 240 pounds and increased the quality of my daily life, every day. It is my goal to inspire 10,000 people to lose 200 pounds. If successful, I will help remove 2,000,000 pounds from this planet. Another way to say 2 million is 1,000 tons (10,000 x 200). Hence the name, 1K Ton. Welcome to the 1K Ton Goal Project. Vance

  1. Dave says:

The Knife under Come See me what would that knife cost me

  2. Maker: Kellam/Marttiini
    Model: Jouni
    Blade Steel: Forged Stainless Steel
Handle Material: Curly Birch & Reindeer Antler
    Blade Length: 4”
Description: This special model of a Finn puuko knife was designed by Jouni and given his name and includes a blood groove. This knife is hard to find. I would let it go for $100.00. It is in my personal collection and I intended to put it through the tests this deer season. It feels great in the hand. I was told when I bought the knife that it was laminated steel but could not verify that in my research. I will post some more pictures above as well.
